Seriously. I used to check lottery results obsessively, and same with betting at first where I was checking cricket scores at 1:30am when I had work at 7am. Now I only bet on weekend matches. Friday evening through Sunday. Monday through Thursday, I don’t even open the app. Sounds simple, but took me 4 months to stick to this schedule.
And something else: customer support matters more than you’d think. I once had 850 rupees stuck in pending—my own fault, wrong bank details—and being able to chat with someone from 8am to 8pm actually helped. Got sorted in 2 days.
How I Pick What to Bet On
I stick to cricket. What I know. My friend bets on football, horse racing, all sorts of stuff. Good for him. But I grew up watching cricket with my dad, I understand the game, I know the players. Why would I bet on something I don’t understand?
Even with cricket, I don’t bet on every match. Maybe 2 or 3 per week. The ones where I actually have an opinion about what might happen. Not just random hoping.
You should figure out what you actually know about before putting money on it. Sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised how many people don’t do this basic step.
